Bradley Flynn practices in the areas of education and civil rights law. Brad brings a unique perspective to the firm in that he has spent many years working in schools directly with children with special needs.

Brad’s keen understanding of how schools operate from the inside enables him to advocate more effectively for parents.

Brad earned his J.D. from Vermont Law School. As a student at Vermont Law, Brad focused on civil rights law, jurisprudence, dispute resolution, and issues related to disability and special education law. He also participated in the school’s mediation clinic, small claims court mediation, worked as a research assistant for a senior legal historian, and competed in moot court and negotiation competitions. Prior to law school, Brad attended Rutgers University, Camden, where he completed his undergraduate degree in history and masters degree with a focus in American legal history.
