Joe Montgomery had a great time speaking to the kids at the Major Adams Center in Chicago with trainer Alex Perris. After Joe spoke about education and fitness, everyone had a chance to participate in a group workout led by Alex and Joe. Joe, Alex and the kids all had a great time and look forward to the next event.
