Brett Swanson, Esq.

Brett Swanson practices in the areas of education and civil rights law. Brett earned her J.D. from Drexel University Kline School of Law. While attending Drexel, Brett developed her skills in education law and client advocacy. As a member of the Moot Court team, she earned the law school’s award for Best Oral Advocate and the CALI Award for Appellate Advocacy. She also earned the award for Second Best Brief at the Dean Jerome Prince Evidence Competition at Brooklyn Law School. Prior to attending law school, Brett attended the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. There, she pursued her interest in education law by working for the Center for Education Reform and the U.S. Department of Education. Brett has known that she wanted to practice education law since elementary school. She looks forward to using her passion for the work as well as her advocacy skills to represent your family.
