What is an education law strategy session?

An education law session is one on meeting an advocate. So we welcome you to have the entire family present. We prefer students involved in their own advocacy whenever appropriate. This is a chance to pick Joe’s brain, apply his experience, subject matter expertise. Every case and every situation requires a full blown hearing. Often times, knowing how to implement your rights is the most effective way arrive at the desired outcome. We are parent attorneys, however, we maintain our reputation as parent attorneys by consulting virtually every staff. An exception would be if a teacher or an administrator was having issues with child’s education.
