What happens next
- Send us your child’s recordsStart with the current IEP or 504 plan. Then anything else that matters — evaluations, progress reports, discipline paperwork, correspondence with the district.
- Mary makes contactShe will be in touch to agree what to tackle first and to set a rhythm for your monthly sessions.
- Use your two hours each monthMeeting preparation, attending an IEP or 504 meeting, reviewing what the district sends, drafting correspondence, or simply talking through the next move.
How the monthly hours work. Two hours of Dr. Montgomery’s time each calendar month, paid in advance. If your case needs more in a given month, additional hours are billed at $250 rather than her standard $275. Hours do not roll over. Each month’s two hours are for that month. This is what keeps her available to you rather than booked out. Your term runs six months. That is deliberate — it lets her plan her year around your child rather than around a calendar. We will remind you before the term ends, and you can renew for another term if it is still the right fit.
