BACKGROUND
Student is a xx year old student of the St. Marys Area School District (School District) with an auditory processing disorder and deficits in organizational skills and memory. Student’s parent contests the School District’s proposed 2005-2006 individualized education program (IEP) because Student does not believe that past IEPs have been implemented.
